At Limestone Eyecare, we do more than just measure your ocular prescription. We also thoroughly examine the eye for common eye disesases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, keratoconus, and dry eyes. Early detection of these eye diseases is imperative for sustaining eye health and your overall well-being.
We will assess how your eyes work together as a team, and evaluate your eyes as an indicator for your overall health. With the aid of advanced instrumentation, many eye related diseases, such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be diagnosed and treated before having any impact on your vision.
Comfortable Eye Exams — Without The Puff
We are proud to say that at Limestone Eyecare, we do not use “air puff” technology in our office as we are are fortunate to have technology for monitoring eye pressure that is not only more comfortable than the “air puff,” but is also more accurate. We have invested in the Icare tonometer, an instrument developed in Finland that can measure your eye pressure (which is related to a few eye diseases such as glaucoma) — all without having the puff!
